The Melrose Congregation centres on weekly, traditional church services. They are enthusiastic about singing.
The message of the Bible is central to the life of the congregation who seek to live by its core values. Members then take these values into the community where they volunteer and assist the community in positive ways. They join with other denominations for ecumenical services from time to time. Visitation is one way the Melrose congregation expresses ministry to the community. Each year they are involved with World Day of Prayer.
Members are also involved in mission activities organised in the wider district.
Most services at Melrose are either at 9.15am or 11.00am
